Some of our Policies
Biting Policy
To ensure a safe environment, we focus on preventing biting through close supervision. If an incident occurs, we will:
-
Provide immediate comfort and first aid to the child who was bitten.
-
Separate the children involved and explain that biting is not acceptable.
-
Document the incident and inform both sets of parents.
-
For repeated incidents, we'll create a behavior plan. If the issue persists, it may lead to termination of enrollment.
Custody Policy
For your child's safety, we require legal custody documents. We will only release children to authorized individuals listed on your enrollment form and will verify their identity. Any changes in custody must be communicated immediately. If someone without legal rights attempts to pick up a child, we will not release the child and may contact authorities. Unless restricted by a court order, both parents have rights to access their child.
Social Media Policy
We value the privacy of our families. We may take photos and videos for program purposes, but we will not use children’s names with their images on social media without written consent. We ask parents to respect the privacy of other families and not tag other children in photos without permission. We may ask parents to remove inappropriate photos or videos.
